Participation Policy

Group Workshops & Programs

Registration for any workshop, group, or program offered by Liberated Creative LLC does not guarantee a place in the session. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the facilitator.

Liberated Creative LLC reserves the right to decline or remove a participant from any workshop, group, or program at any time when it reasonably determines that participation is inconsistent with the workshop's scope, safety, group welfare, or facilitator qualifications.

Where possible, a referral to another practitioner or resource will be offered.

If a registration is declined or a participant is removed under this policy, a full refund will be issued, as stated below.

1:1 Coaching & Mentorship

Acceptance into 1:1 work is at the sole discretion of Liberated Creative LLC and is not guaranteed by inquiry, application, or initial consultation.

Liberated Creative LLC may decline to begin, or may discontinue, individual coaching or mentorship at any time if it is determined that the relationship is not a good fit, including for reasons of scope of practice, safety, or capacity to serve the client well. Where possible, a referral to another practitioner will be offered.

Confidentiality

Information shared in the course of coaching, facilitation, or group participation is held in confidence, except where Liberated Creative LLC determines, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of a client, participant, or the public, or where disclosure is otherwise required by law.

Participants agree to keep confidential any personal material, stories, or information shared by fellow participants during a group session, and agree not to disclose such information outside the group without the sharing participant's consent.

Recording

Recording of any session, in whole or in part, is not permitted without the express written consent of Liberated Creative LLC and all participants involved.

Responsibility & Release of Liability

Participants acknowledge that their decisions and actions during and after a program, and the consequences of those decisions and actions, are their own responsibility. Participants release Liberated Creative LLC and its facilitators from liability arising from or connected to participation in any workshop, group, or 1:1 program.

Refunds

Where participation is declined or discontinued under this policy — whether in group or 1:1 settings — a full refund will be issued for any unused or unrendered portion of services.

Changes to This Policy

Liberated Creative LLC reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Continued registration or participation in services after such updates constitutes acknowledgment of the current policy.

Severability

If any part of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this policy shall remain in full force and effect.
